2. Which data we process
- Name, phone number, and email address for communication and confirmation.
- Booking dates, vehicle choice, and pickup/return information.
- Documents such as passport, driving license, and digital signature.
- Payment and invoice details through the payment and booking flow.
- Communication history if you use WhatsApp or email.
3. Why we need the data
- To carry out and confirm your booking.
- To handle contracts, identity checks, and pickup properly.
- To comply with legal administration and tax obligations.
- For security, misuse prevention, and solving practical questions.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data with parties needed to handle your booking properly, such as hosting, payment processing, or other business tooling under proper terms. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention and deletion
We do not keep data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless law requires a longer retention period.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where the law allows it.
