Rental Policy

1. Vehicle use
- Only approved driver(s) may drive.
- Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.
- The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road use, or illegal activity.
- Pets only with prior approval.
2. Pickup and return
- Pick up and return the vehicle at the agreed time.
- Late return may result in extra charges per day or per hour.
- Airport service applies only when booked or confirmed in advance.
3. Fuel, cleaning and damage
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at departure unless agreed otherwise.
- Extra cleaning may be charged if the car is returned dirty or with strong odors.
- Damage, missing parts, wrong fuel, or lost keys are charged separately.
4. Fines, tolls and administration
- All traffic fines, parking fines and toll charges are the renter's responsibility.
- Administrative fees for handling fines or claims may be charged.
5. Additional driver and documents
Additional drivers must be approved in advance and may be asked for identity and license verification.
We may request passport, license, and signature copies before releasing the car.
