1. Vehicle use
- Only approved driver(s) may drive.
- Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.
- The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
2. Pickup and return
- Pick up and return the vehicle at the agreed time.
- Late return may result in extra charges per hour or per day.
- Airport service applies only when booked or confirmed in advance.
3. Fuel, cleaning and damage
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at departure unless agreed otherwise.
- Extra cleaning may be charged if the car is returned dirty or with strong odors.
- Damage, missing parts, wrong fuel, or lost keys are charged separately.
4. Fines, tolls and administration
- All traffic fines, parking fines and toll charges are the renter's responsibility.
- Administrative fees for handling fines or claims may be charged.
5. Additional driver and documents
- Additional drivers must be approved in advance and may be asked for identity and license verification.
- We may request passport, license, and signature copies before releasing the car.
